Tina as Alexandra Bastegar in 1961's "Armored Command"

From Armored Command

Tina Louise has been in MANY Hollywood films, unfortunatly most are not very popular. NOT TO ME OF COURSE! Tina has also appeared in just about every Television show! and had a co-starring role in The 1960's sitcom "Gilligan's Island" Tina Louise doesn't associate with the role of Ginger Grant much anymore, and I would have to go along with her on the reasons why! if you go back and look at the Bio. page and read the links, you should get a very good Idea just why she's not 2 big on the whole thing! Now below is a list of all Tina's credits from the IMDB.

My Favorite Tina Movie!

My absolute Favorite Tina Movie would be 1958's "God's Little Acre" This was Tina Louise's very first Screen appearance and likely enough I think it has been her best! She has shown in this movie something that is so different from the roles she was later given in her career. It shows she has Strength in her craft, It proves she can handle so much emotion! Her role in this film is Earthy, not so much like the sexy nimpho characters she was given after the run of "Gilligan's Island". Personally I think ANYONE who has doubt that Tina Louise is capable of pulling off a serious dramatic performance NEEDS to see this Film! She took my breath away like no other Actor ever has.

here's a little bit of Extra info on this film! Tina Louise believes up till this day that "God's Little Acre" has been her favorite movie she has ever made.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO REALLY ADD TO THIS, "FRIENDSHIPS, SECRETS, AND LIES" BECAUSE I JUST RECENTLY SAW THIS FILM, AND THERE ARE ABSOLUTLY NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING SHE WAS IN THIS FILM!! I HAVEN'T SEEN SO MUCH RAGE IN A CHARACTER SINCE FAYE DUNNAWAY IN "MOMMY DEAREST"! I ACTUALLY HEALD MY BREATH TRHOUGH ALL HER SCENES BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO MISS ONE THING! HER PERFORMANCE IS SPECTACULAR!!!
